Effective date: upon account creation. By signing in, signing up, or otherwise accessing Khana Mgmt (the “Platform”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by this Beta Agreement.
The Platform is provided as a private, invite-only beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The Platform is offered “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
All non-public aspects of the Platform — including its source code, design, user interface, layouts, workflows, copy, branding, data models, screenshots, and any unreleased features (collectively, “Confidential Material”) — are the confidential and proprietary information of Khana Mgmt and its licensors. User shall:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including code, design ideas, UI/UX, graphics, logos, and trade dress — are and remain the exclusive property of Khana Mgmt. No license or right is granted except a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the Platform for User’s internal evaluation and use. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or imitation of the Platform’s code or design is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
User retains ownership of content uploaded to the Platform (audio, lyrics, contracts, images, etc.). User grants Khana Mgmt a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate the Platform on User’s behalf.
User shall not (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Platform; (c) use the Platform to violate any law or third-party right; or (d) upload malicious code.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to Khana Mgmt regarding the Platform may be used by Khana Mgmt without restriction or compensation to User.
Khana Mgmt may suspend or terminate User’s access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these terms. Sections 2, 3, 6, 8, and 9 survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khana Mgmt disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to the Platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Khana Mgmt operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located there.
By checking the agreement box and creating an account or signing in, User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
